Even if you don't have a "goal" or call it that, we all have something we think that if we get, accomplish or have that we will feel a certain way... happy, proud, successful...whatever.
The thing is you don't have to wait for your circumstance, goal or result to feel that way.
 
You can do it now.
 
Practice thinking thoughts that feel the way you want to feel. Easy peasy.
 
Take it even further and imagine how your future self who will have accomplished this thing will behave, feel and think. If you want to drop some lbs, then you'll want to think good thoughts about healthy food, and exercise.
 
if you want to make more money, you'll want to create more value and more opportunities for people to buy it... make more offers to sell.
 
You'll want to replace the dramatic, unhelpful and problematic T's with ones that serve you in these pursuits.
 
It's a small tweak. Your perspective is optional, but makes all the difference in the world. Go for the winning perspective.
