Paralyzed by overwhelm

The Scream dude is the absolute perfect image of the way I have felt this week.
My thinking has been in like a slow motion tangled web of "oh noooooo" everywhere I turn.
This first full week back to biz has been skittish at best.
What's interesting is my environment kind of looks like the inside of my head right now!
๐ŸŽ„Lingering Christmas decor that "suddenly" seems alarmingly out of place.
๐Ÿ’ผ A disaster zone of a workspace that I seem to be ineffectively shuffling around and reorganizing.
๐Ÿงบ Laundry seems to be coming out of the floor at an alarming rate.
๐ŸงชHow old is this crap in the fridge?
โŒ The to-do list that grows more and more has few check marks and scratch outs. ๐Ÿคจ.
๐Ÿ˜ตOh, and it's deadlines are suddenly RIGHT HERE. ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป
Overwhelm. confusion. $hit loads of shoulding.
Those feelings have lead to a lot of paralysis.
Nothing. Happens. Just when I need my executive functioning to kick in and start "eating the elephant(s)" it goes all ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ฉ.
These are the moments I help clients crawl out of. Remember: you are far more powerful than the laundry, your to-do and maybe the stuff in the fridge (maybe don't open it and just toss the whole thing in the trash to be sure!๐Ÿ˜ณ) .
We have to remember that our minds are the most powerful force in our lives. Let feeling paralyzed be a solid reminder of that truth and your ability to turn this ship around!
Take advantage of a complimentary coaching hour - I take all problems, but if your to-do list or other lingering menaces feel like they are literally sitting on top of you, I can help you create a plan of action and get out of the tangled knots. I got you, schedule it here.
